Aéroport International Tahiti Faa'a, (IATA: PPT, ICAO: NTAA) - is the Tahiti International Civil Airport located in the commune of Faa'a, 5 km southwest of the center of Papeete, the capital of French Polynesia.
It is the only international airport in French Polynesia, the airports of Bora-Bora and Raiatea serve only domestic French flights.
Fa'a International Airport has one runway of 3,420 meters, it can accommodate large civilian airliners. Because of space limitations, most of Tahiti's international airport is built on dried up coral reef land.
