A webcam shows Eilean Donan Castle in Scotland in the UK in real time.
Eilean Donan Castle (Eilean Donan) is a medieval castle located on a small rocky tidal island of Donan on Loch Duich Fjord in the east of Scotland. It was built in the 13th century during the reign of King Alexander II and is named after a hermit monk, Donan, who lived on this island in the 7th century.
In 1719 the castle was destroyed, but in 1911 it was bought by John Mac-Ray-Gilstrap and in 20 years he rebuilt it on the ruins of the old castle. Today, the McRae clan continues to reside at Eileen-Donan Castle, in six rooms set aside for them.
