Chamrousse (Chamrousse) — a large ski resort. It is located on an area of about 865 hectares, with approximately two-thirds of the territory located in a protected natural area. The highest point of the resort is 2250 meters. Here you will find more than 35 trails, 26 lifts of various types and 855 meters of vertical descent. The resort has a convenient location-it is surrounded by a beautiful forest, as well as a mild climate. Many skiers have already appreciated its advantages. It is suitable for beginners and for athletes with experience. And for recreation with children, this is just the perfect place: for children, there is a ski kindergarten with a special slide, where they can make their first small descent under the guidance of an experienced instructor. Snowboarders are also not forgotten: snow park and half-pipe are designed for them. About a quarter of the resort's trails are equipped with an artificial snowmaking system.
