Webcam Nakhodka. Gagarin Street, Fish Port (Primorsky Krai)
In Primorsky Krai, on the very shore of the Pacific Ocean, there is a city with an unusual name - Nakhodka. This name appeared on maps in 1859.
Fleeing from the storm, the corvette "America", with the Governor-General of Eastern Siberia Muravyov-Amursky on board, exploring the southern seaside came into an unknown, quiet bay. The next morning, seeing the bay itself and the shores surrounding it, someone exclaimed "it's just a find!" And so came the names, the Bay of America (in honor of the steamship), and Nakhodka Bay.
Nakhodka is the southernmost city in eastern Russia, south of Vladivostok and Sochi. Administratively, it is part of the Nakhodka urban district. It forms the largest transport hub of Russia on the Pacific Ocean. Nakhodka is famous for its beaches and has a wealth of international connections.
The city is very green, surrounded by emerald, forested hills. In the city itself, every summer, beautiful flowerbeds and flowerbeds bloom.
