Osiek is a town in Poland, part of Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship, Staszow County. The area is 17.44 km². The population is 1931 (as of 2004).
The first mention dates back to the times of Boleslaw Chrabry. The status of the city was given in 1430 and had it until 1869 and since 1994.
