Located at the intersection of the street of the same name with Nedelina Street, where the highway itself and the adjacent sidewalks are being repaired this year as part of the priority project "Safe and Quality Roads", Pushkinsky Square has been visibly transformed. On the territory about 2 thousand square meters, adjoining to a monument to the classic of the Russian literature, pruning of trees was made, lawns, flower beds are equipped, decorative bushes are planted. A young oak tree appeared there, without which it is impossible to imagine Pushkin's Lukomorye today. The organizers of a holiday on the occasion of opening of one more cosy resting place for the Lipchans assumed that when the tree grows up, the cat the scientist can appear here, other miracles are possible too.
On the installed benches there are plaques with lines from the best works of the poet. But most importantly, the city's first street library appeared here. In the cabinet under the glass you can put your own books and borrow publications brought by someone else.
