Abakan, the capital of the Republic of Khakassia, is located in the south of Siberia, literally in the geographical center of the Asian continent. The city is located in a picturesque place - near the mouth of the river Abakan, which flows into the Yenisei, which is the natural water border of Khakassia and Krasnoyarsk region.
Spread out in a vast river valley, gifted with an abundance of water sources, Abakan is famous for its parks, gardens, squares, wide green alleys.
