Residential quarter "Polar" is being built in the north of Moscow in the district of North Medvedkovo, 17 minutes on foot is the metro station "Medvedkovo".
The quarter includes 6 residential buildings, its own kindergarten, underground and guest parking, places for sports, walks and recreation. The spacious lobbies have two exits at ground level without thresholds or ramps - so it is more convenient for parents with baby carriages, children and elderly people. At the entrances there are IP-door phones that can be controlled from a smartphone. The architectural design of Polar was developed by Dutch bureau de Architekten Cie, using modern European practices. The houses have an individual design, clean lines and panoramic balconies. Impressive views of Medvedkovsky Reserve and Moscow will open from the upper floors of "Polar".

The Severnoe Medvedkovo area, where Polar is located, is part of the city's Industrial Neighborhoods program.
