Webcam Cape Gargano, Peskichi

The cape of Gargano, the "spur of the Italian boot", is located in the northern part of the region of Puglia - Capitanate.

Gargano is a nature reserve, a promontory of stunning beaches, cliffs, sea caves, fishing villages, a promontory full of Mediterranean colors and traditions.
International tourism on the peninsula is concentrated along the coast, where there are wide sandy beaches and quiet coves. The geographical position of Cape Gargano and the Adriatic wind create ideal conditions for windsurfing and kitesurfing.
The beach season lasts in Gargano from early June to mid-September.

The main seaside resorts are located in the towns of Vieste, Peschici and Rodi Garganico.
Peschici is a town and municipality in Italy, located in the Puglia region, in the province of Foggia. The population is 4,314 (2008).

Peschici is located on the top of the karstic rock, which rises above the Adriatic Sea for more than a hundred meters. From here you have a stunning view of the beautiful bay, one of the most photographed bays in Europe, of which the beach is a part.

It is easy to get around Peskichi on foot, although there are buses in and out of town. You can also take a cab, a rented car or a bicycle.
There is an ancient castle in the city, as well as archaeological sites. It is worth visiting the city center, which has preserved the atmosphere of the Middle Ages - there are many old and beautiful buildings.

In the city are open cinemas, museums, theaters, nightclubs and other entertainment venues that will not allow tourists to get bored.
