Athanasios Diakos is a small settlement in the municipality of Kallia, Phokida, Greece. It was named after the Greek national hero Athanasios Diakos. He may have been born there as well, but this is disputed by the village of Artotina.
The village is located on the eastern slope of the Vardousia Mountains, above the upper valley of the river Mornos, at an altitude of about 1000 meters. In 2011, its population was 518 people. It is the largest village in the municipality. It is located 2 km northwest of Musunitsa and 12 km east of Artotina.
