The Torpedo residential complex is the largest project of the Zhilstroy-NN group of companies. The microdistrict was named after the famous hockey club for a reason. The main idea is to create a comfortable environment for maintaining a healthy lifestyle for the residents of Avtozavodsk, to popularize sports and support the legend of Soviet hockey - Torpedo team.
The new microdistrict is located in one of the most beautiful and ecologically clean corners of the city - along the Oka river near the Malyshevski Grivi natural monument of regional importance. On an area of 44 hectares will grow 39 houses ten and seventeen stories high.
