Lake Zug (Zugersee) is a lake in Switzerland. The lake is located in the northern foothills of the Alps, partly in the canton of Zug, Schwyz, a very small part of the lake belongs to the canton of Lucerne. The lake is rich in fish, there are pike, carp, as well as an endemic species of trout. The lake is navigable. On the lake there are both sightseeing cruises and flights in the mode of public transport, with a large number of intermediate stops.
