Bypass road (unofficially TyumKAD, Tyumen Ring Road) - road 71N-1706, running around the city of Tyumen, a length of 55 kilometers. It has four traffic lanes - two in each direction and a dividing strip. The speed limit is 90 km/h (in some places 60 km/h). Through traffic throughout the ring was launched on November 22, 2018.
Connects the federal highways to Yekaterinburg, Kurgan, Omsk and Khanty-Mansiysk in a single network. Currently, there are 14 interchanges on the road, the construction of five more is planned. There are also 7 overpasses over railroad tracks, 2 bridges over the Tura River and 4 small bridges over small rivers.
