Mrzeżyno is a settlement with a fishing port in Gryfice County, Poland. It is also a health resort with many pensions, campsites and spas. It is located near the mouth of the Rega River.
The village has a popular beach. Every year in July and August Grzezyno is visited by many Polish and German tourists. The right bank is more developed than the left bank, where there is only one settlement. The population is 1727 people.
