Webcam Strumyani. Panorama
Strumyani is a village in southwestern Bulgaria, in Blagoevgrad Oblast, the administrative center of the Strumyani Municipality.
Strumyani was founded as a railway station on the line Sofia - Kulata Gara Ograzhden ("Ograzhden Station").
In 1970 it was merged with the village of Mikrevo in Strumyani, but the two villages were later separated; however, Strumyani retained its present name. The name means "people of Struma", as the river with that name flows nearby.
