Borovets is located in a century-old pine forest, at the foot of the highest peak on the Balkan peninsula Musala (2925m.), on the northern slopes of the Rila Mountains. The distance from the resort to Sofia is only 73 km, and to Plovdiv-126 km. It is the largest winter resort in Bulgaria, it is simply a paradise for lovers of high speeds. The air here is rich in ozone from coniferous forests. The unique mountain climate with its sunny days, crystal clear air and fresh nights makes the resort a great place to relax and play sports.
