Cautret or Cautret is a ski resort and commune in the Hautes-Pyrenees department in southwestern France. Located 32 km (20 miles) southwest of Lourdes in the beautiful valley of the Gave de Cottreux, it borders the Pyrenees National Park. It is the starting point for excursions to the peaks of Peguer (2316 m), Monnet (2723 m), Cabaliros (2333 m), Chabarra (2910 m), Vinmal (3298 m), and others. Gob Peak is about a 1-hour and 30-minute walk from Cautre.
