Savushkina Street is one of the main streets of the new part of the Seleniya Historic District in Astrakhan.
Built mainly with Khrushchev-era houses. Starts from Latyshev Street and runs from north to south to Akademika Koroleva Street parallel to Tatischeva Street, crossing the Smolyanoy Lane, 28th Army Street, Victory Boulevard, Geologist Boris Volkov Boulevard, Yuri Selensky, Polyakov and Henri Barbusse streets.
Until 1924, Shosseynaya Street, formerly Bondarnaya Street. In 1924 it was renamed in honor of Eugene Ivanovich Savushkin, an active participant in the struggle for Soviet power in Astrakhan.
