Volzhsky is a neighbor of the hero city Volgograd, an industrial center and at the same time an oasis of lush vegetation in the middle of the steppe of Volgograd region. For centuries, here, at the confluence of the Volga and Akhtuba reigned hordes, then a small village Bezrodnoye was founded, and now the modern industrial city is shining.
