Holmenkollen is an all — season resort and is one of the 50 most famous attractions in the country. Fans of alpine skiing and biathlon prefer to come here in the period from November to April, but the rest of the year in Holmenkollen there is a tourist infrastructure: guest cottages, cafes and restaurants, a museum, souvenir shops.
The resort regularly hosts local and international competitions in biathlon, winter biathlon and ski jumping.
