The Astrakhan Railway Bridge is a combined nine-span road-rail bridge across the Volga River in Astrakhan. It was built in 1946-1952.
There are other names: Trusovsky, Old, relative to the new road bridge, opened in 1989.

It is situated at 420 km of Trusovo - Kutum of Chervlyonaya-Uzlovaya - Astrakhan section (built in 1941-1942) of Astrakhan branch of Volga railway, at 3045,1 km of Volga river, counting from Moscow Southern port.

The central span of the bridge is 230 meters long and is the longest railway span in Russia, surpassing the railway arch of the Crimean bridge by 3 meters.

The last bridge crossing of the Volga before it flows into the Caspian Sea.
The construction was conducted by bridge construction unit No. 3. The 66.0-meter long deck and 55.0-meter long spans were manufactured by the Voronezh Metal Structures Plant. The supporting structures of the 161.0 m long (cantilever) and 138.0 m long (suspended) spans, except for the metal roadway slab, were manufactured in the GDR by Abus Thuringer Stahlbaum. On July 30, 1952 the bridge was accepted for permanent operation.

In 2007-2009 the Bridge Construction Company (UFSC) carried out the bridge overhaul. Underwater structures of the bridge were reinforced, the cable-stayed bridge (66 m long, weighing 70 tons) of the vertical-raised span was installed. By October 2008 at the expense of the Volga Railroad the artistic lighting of the bridge trusses was installed.
