Klyuchevskaya Sopka (Klyuchevskoy Volcano) is an active stratovolcano in the east of Kamchatka. With a height of 4,850 m, it is the highest active volcano on the Eurasian continent. The volcano is approximately 7,000 years old. It is located in the Klyuchevskaya group of volcanoes, at a distance of 60 km from the coast of the Kamchatka Gulf of the Pacific Ocean, near the Kamen and Bezymyanny volcanoes. The absolute height of the volcano is 4850 meters. Currently, among the volcanoes of Eurasia, Klyuchevskaya Sopka is second in activity only to Karymskaya Sopka, but significantly exceeds it in power.
