Vila Praia de Ancora (Vila Praia de Âncora) is a municipality and district in Portugal, part of the Viana do Castelo district. It is part of the municipality of Caminha. Under the old administrative division it was part of the province of Minho. It is part of the Minho-Lima economic and statistical sub-region, which is part of the Northern Region. The population is 4,688 as of 2001. It occupies an area of 8.15 km².
The patron saint of the area is considered to be St. Marinha (port. Santa Marinha).
