The decision to erect the landmark was made back in 1983, after which there was a long pause due to a lack of funds. It was only in 1998 that the main construction work began, which lasted until 2004. The official date of opening is considered to be 2006, when the grandiose construction, 339 meters high, was presented to the inhabitants of the city.
The main frame of the tower is made of durable reinforced concrete structures connected at the dome by a common circular base. There are a total of 17 floors and 7 modern elevators equipped with an innovative security system.
A large part of the internal space is occupied by rooms with television equipment and numerous offices.
ΠΆ tion on a rotating platform restaurant, entertainment complexes, stores and a large cinema are located in vast areas. Those wishing to see the city from a bird's eye view climb to the top floor and take a stroll on the observation deck.
