"Svetlana" is a neighborhood in Khostinsky district of Sochi, located between Vereshchagin viaduct (Svetlanovsky bridge) and the park "Arboretum", in the north bounded by the street Lysaya Gora, in the south - the sea coast. Neighborhood crosses the federal highway Kurortny Prospekt.
The upper part of the district is located on the slope of so-called Bald Mountain.
There is a secondary school, two kindergartens, a supermarket and small stores, as well as a fitness club, a beauty salon, a medical center at the sanatorium "Svetlana", a night club, cafes, etc.
The lower part of the neighborhood is more flat. Here are located the sanatorium "Svetlana", the hotel "Zhemchuzhina", "Sochi-Breeze-hotel", a few elite new buildings. Among the attractions are the Arboretum Park and the Sochi Circus.
