Mollo is an ancient Spanish village located in the province of Girona in the Ripolles region on the border with France.
Here you can see traces of the ancient routes from the Iberian Peninsula and back, which were used by the ancient Romans and Celts. From here, Spanish republicans traveled to neighboring France, escaping the persecution of the Spanish authorities.
Mollo still bears many traces of its history and is today a favorite destination for tourists. Among the main attractions of Mollo is the Mollo Parc, a nature reserve where you can get to know the local flora and fauna, see a variety of plant life and the typical inhabitants of these places - deer, bears, mouflon and chamois.
