Villa Gesell is a popular resort in Argentina since the 1940s. The city has constantly evolved, which has now allowed it to have a modern infrastructure for beach recreation. The main attraction of the city is the beach, which occupies about 10 km of the Atlantic coast.
The yellow fine sand, emerald glistening water and hot sun turn a vacation on Villa Jesel into a heavenly delight. Entrance to the water is smooth, at the bottom there is green algae occasionally. Unlike Pinamar, Villa Gesell is a resort for tourists and locals on a tight budget. There is a lifeguard service on the beach, so vacations in Jesel are safe.
One of the attractions of the beach is a long wooden pier that goes into the sea. This place is beloved by local fishermen for trout, sea bass and white bream. The pier is also often chosen for romantic and family photo shoots.
