The Red Town Hall (Rotes Rathaus) is a historic building in the center of Berlin, so named for its red brick facade. It was built in 1861-1869 in the semi-Renaissance-semi-Gothic style, designed by architect G. F. Weseman. The height of the square tower of the town hall, built in the image and likeness of the towers of the Cathedral of Laon, is 74 meters.
