Fushun Webcam. Lei Feng Memorial Hall
The Lei Feng Memorial Hall in Fushun City is the very first, largest and most richly exhibited Lei Feng Memorial Hall in China.
Located on the east side of Lei Feng Avenue in the Wanhua district of Fushun City, it is a memorial site under state protection.
The museum has a memorial hall, an exposition, a stele area, a sculpture area, a youth education base, and a comprehensive department.
The interior exposition is a traditional type exposition with elements of modern exhibition structure as well as the features of garden park reserve, there are Lei Feng statues and monuments to this hero, the art and memory of this man's glorious deeds are reunited here.
Lei Feng - (December 18, 1940 - August 15, 1962) was a Chinese orphan raised by the Chinese People's Liberation Army, a "nameless hero" whose life feat consisted entirely of selfless assistance to his older comrades, peasants and elders.
Posthumously glorified by Chinese propaganda as a model of impeccable altruism and fidelity to communist ideals, an example for the education of young people.
