Marmaris is a city, district, important port and resort in Turkey. It is located on the coast of the Aegean Sea in the south-west of Turkey, in the province of Mugla (the border of the Mediterranean and Aegean Seas is located between Marmaris and Dalaman). An important center of the sailing industry. There are several large marinas in Marmaris.
